Setup Live Billing

  1. Enable Cloud Billing export to BigQuery in GCP console
  2. Create a BigQuery dataset for billing data
  3. Set GCP_PROJECT_ID in orchestrator env
  4. The orchestrator will fetch real data from the Billing API
